Every home has possibility.
Some houses don't need to be rescued. They just need somebody to see what they could become.
Project Front Porch looks at affordable, overlooked homes and the places around them with a slightly different question: what if the answer isn't to tear everything out and start over?
We believe good houses can be hiding underneath dated finishes, awkward additions, neglected yards, and years of ordinary wear. A thoughtful change here, a practical repair there, and a little patience can sometimes reveal something worth keeping.
Front Porch is about seeing that possibility. We look for homes with good bones, interesting details, useful land, great porches, strange little surprises, and the kind of character that doesn't show up in a listing's feature sheet.
